âReally enjoyable stay it Borneto. Staff were great. Rooms are small, but have everything you need with good cupboard space and nice touches like Bluetooth speaker (which actually works) and coffee.
The bar and restaurant were good and the library was nice to have an evening drink in.
The pool area is so lovely and needed during the summer. I do feel the space could be better utilised. There are only 3 couches next to the pool and 1 table that actually gets sun. Move the pointless mirrorball...
âThe staff went above and beyond! Wonderful team; helpful and friendly. Service was impeccable. A lovely boutique hotel nestled into a quiet corner of the gothic quarter. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. Rooftop provided a lovely respite after a day of touring. If you want a quiet, lovely, modern place with a down home feel, this is it. â
âLovely hotel, very nice room with everything you need. Great little balcony overlooking the square with a side view across to the marina.
Fab location, 2 minutes walk to Las Ramblas, 5 minutes to the Marina.
Head in any direction from the Hotel and there are beautiful squares, bars restaurants. Even the Metro is only a 5minute walk.
The renovations are continuing and hopefuy we will return next year when the roof terrace and swimming pool will be finished.

"Korkeatasoinen vasta saneerattu hotelli. VÀhÀn sokkeloinen esim. aamiaiselle kulku. Aamiainen todella hyvÀ ja aamiaishuone oli kyllÀ tosi hieno, vÀhÀn linnasalin nÀköinen.

"Overall a really nice hotel with great pool area and a bar. Problems start when you check-out as they are soloing with your credit cards making payments without permission.
We payed with a Debit card for the whole stay as soon as we arrived. We made the hotel sure that we want the Debit card to be used as a payment. Money has been charged from our bank account the day we checked in. As we checked-out, they charged the stay AGAIN from the credit card used as a deposit without our permission and without telling us even though we already paid when we arrived. So now we have paid for our stay for 2 times, and not gotten our deposit back. They told they have âreleasedâ the Debit card payment which is ridiculous as that is the card that was supposed to be the payment in the first place. The hotel charged wrong card even when we told not to. Not even an apology. Takes also way too long to respond. Had to beg for HOURS to an answer. "
