couldn't seem to get our heater to throw out heat. finally after turning off and on again got it to work. second morning we woke up and room was freezing cold. discovered that the window trim was broken and cold air was pouring in and over powering any heat. notified the desk on departure.

Serenity Beach, just steps from the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan.
Incredible location and such a hidden gem. Property owners were very easy to reach and communicate with. Would love to return.

The Roost at The Southerner
The property was very ready for us in all phases, clean, well stocked on linens, kitchenware, thoughtful decor, very good storage, use of space.The appropriately sized gas fireplace is amazing if you like to keep it cool in the bedroom, warm in the main area.
