”Definately good hotel, maybe not quite living up five star status. Our third hotel stay during the same week, so it is easy to compare with other being four stars. The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. It is a bit far from the city centre by walking. The bar at the top has a nice view, but is noisy. All in all good experience, but not...

”Hyvä sijainti. Vanha kaupunki ihan vieressä. Samoin lauttasatama, jos menossa Isle of wightille. Autoparkki ihan hotellin vieressä, maksoi 7 puntaa/vrk. Hyvä monipuolinen aamupala. Ihan kiva uima-allas ja poreallas sekä sauna. ”

”We were upgraded to a garden room,beautiful,roomy and bathroom was very well thought out. Staff all v friendly and willing to help Plenty of parking and felt safe leaving care there Husband really enjoyed spa facilities,v clean and enjoyed sauna”
