”You will not find a better location in Le Marais. Close to subway station, tons of restaurants and shops around. And walking distance to Rivoli and Forum Les Halles. However if you are 4, and have a lot of luggage, it could feel a bit cramped. We had an heat wave for a few days, getting 38°C at the highest. But due to the apartment’s location facing the shaded yard, the temperatures were still quite manageable. The host had great communication, and made sure we were okay regularly. Other than...

”I wanted to give this a 5 start rating, but unfortunately just can't. It's in such a wonderful location, with public transit accessible to go in any direction a tourist would want. The space inside was lovely despite a slight chunk of paint missing from the wall(doesn't bother me). Something i didn't see in any review was the mentioning of this apartments extremely musty smell. Because the bathroom is so small and without ventilation, it all leaks into the apartment and sticks around, even with...

”The apartment was just what we needed for our 2 night stay. David, was a great communicator. I would come here again.”

”The location of this property is fantastic. It has all of the essentials and is overall a good setup for a short stay. The amount of the damage deposit and method of payment could be clarified better in the description, as this came as a surprise. Overall clean property and comfortable stay.”

”Timi was communicative, efficient, and gracious--a pleasure to deal with--and his flat is spacious, light-filled, quiet, and very well located in the lovely Marais. We would happily stay there again!”

”My family and I had an amazing stay here at the end of July. It was VERY hot in Paris at that time, and we were so appreciative of the AC, which was great. This apartment is very close to the Pompidou Center and walkable to many bistros, cafes, metro stops, Notre Dame, Place des Vosges, etc. The apartment was very clean and communication with the host was great. I would stay here again for sure.”

”My boyfriend and I booked for 11 days. This is a well located and well cared for property. Matthieu was very helpful with information on dining and shopping as well as making sure we were comfortable in the unprecedented heatwave. He is a great host. We would definitely stay there again. It was lovely.”

”Ideal for staying in Paris and getting to major sights”

”Lovely apartment. Good location. Very spacious”
