”I know it sounds very cheesy….But it’s my second stay here and it’s hands down my favorite hotel in the world. Staff is very profession and super friendly (rare combo). Everyone is extremely helpful. Vibe of the hotel and the rooms - gorgeous… to say the least. Beautiful, magical property! Cannot recommend enough!!!”

”Great stay but I was disappointed the staff didn’t take care of the crowd outside the front entrance. It was not safe to enter through the main doors on Sunday (we would have to step in the street with incoming traffic). We had to go through the brasserie to make our way to our room. Passerby’s couldn’t safely use the sidewalk either. ”

”Shangri la is a little piece of heaven, by far the greatest staff I have ever come across, the place is spectacular, the amenities are perfect and 5 star, and the staff, every person from the time you arrive to the time you leave are better than a 5 star they would be the first 10 star rating!! in all my travels they have the finest and best staff in the world!!! The food is amazing as well, the place is so great you don’t want to leave the premises!!”
