”We had a wonderful stay at the Waves resort and would definitely recommend it. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. There was a good variety of food options, and everything we tried was enjoyable.
The spa was a highlight, truly a great experience and perfect for unwinding. We also appreciated the strong and reliable WiFi coverage throughout the property.

”Staff and service are 5/5. Extremely friendly, responsive and helpful.
Food is 4/5. Better than most all inclusives. Umi and Sizzle were both very good. Reef buffet was always good with lots of variety and daily themes. Colin's Bar was a good place for a mid day snack and/or drink. Bars could have had a better selection of international brands.
Resort is 3/5. Probably the area that could be most improved. Rooms are somewhat dated. Air conditioning could have been better with the humidity. Left...

”First the good…
The properly is right off the beach which was lovely and the staff was kind and very professional. The staff helped make our trip a four star rather than a three star experience.
Now the not so good…
The food was just ok. There was also no food for snacking available in between scheduled mealtimes.
And, the unacceptable..,
During our stay we had a fire alarm go off at 4 am two nights in a row which immediately woke us up out of our sleep. The alarms lasted a few minutes...

”Breakfast buffet was okay.
Staff was outstanding all around.
Room was clean and looked recently renovated.
I was disappointed to see some trash by the pool and in the beach. Usually when we travel staff is always walking around cleaning. That wasn’t the case here. ”
