Kaunis rannikon Maine mökki-tyylinen koti Cape Elizabeth kanssa valoisa ja avoin pohjaratkaisu. Kotimme sijaitsee rauhallisella perhe-asuinalueella ja vie useita hehtaareja metsäisiä vihreitä luoloja. Olemme lähellä Spurwink Marsh ja River, koti Rachel Carson villieläinten säilyttää ja olemme vain vain 2. 5-6 kilometriä joitakin hienoimmista rannoista Maine. Vilkas pieni kaupunki Portland on 6 kilometrin päässä kotimme. Tule nauttimaan hänen monista ravintoloistaan, mikrohauduistaan ja nähtävyyksistään!

Kotimme on mökki-tyylinen Maine-koti, jossa on 4 plus yksi makuuhuone: Master-sviitissä on Kalifornia-king-size-vuode, jossa on oma kylpyamme. Makuuhuone # 2: ssa on queen-muistipaikka (mukava!) yhdessä työpöydän ja sohvan kanssa. Makuuhuone # 3: ssa on täysikokoinen kiinteä sänky, jossa on istuimen tuoli. Makuuhuone # 4 on kaunis queen-size-muistisänky, jossa on istuimet. Plus # 5 makuuhuone on mitä kutsumme veneen huone. Tämä on 700 neliön jalka-bonus huone. Siinä on kaksi kauniisti muotoiltua täysikokoista veneen vuodetta, iso-tv ja pöydän pöytä ja tuolit. Seinät on vuorattu sisäänrakennetuilla kirjahyllyillä, joissa on lastenkirjoja. Tätä huonetta voidaan käyttää makuuhuoneena tai asuintilana. Kaikki huoneet ovat toisessa kerroksessa. Toisessa kerroksessa olevan kylpyammeen lisäksi on täysikokoinen kylpyhuone käytävällä, jossa on kaksoisallas ja erillinen wc ja suihkuhuone, joka voidaan sulkea taskukannella.
Kotimme ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on avoin ja ilmava pohjaratkaisu: olohuoneeseen avautuu gourmet-keittiö, joka avautuu sitten ihanaan ruokasaliin. Keittiöstä voit kävellä aivan sinisen kivi terassin takapihalla. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on myös mudroom ja puoli kylpyamme ja oma toimistotila.
Ulkopuolella löydät täysin aidattu takapiha ja suuri sininen kivi terassi, joka varmuuskopioi luonnonsuojelualueelle. Kotimme on myös ihana edessä kuisti viihtyisä hyvällä kesällä lukea tai aamu kuppi kahvia!
*** Tämä koti on keskeinen ilmastointi helpottaa kuuma ja kostea kesäpäiviä ja ihana säteilevä pohja-lämpö kylmä syksy ja talvi kausi.

My four friends and I were enchanted by this lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood. Instructions, house rules, etc., were very clear. The owners graciously accommodated our early check-in and provided an exhaustive list of resources, from restaurants to markets to beaches to attractions to visit. As the chef for the group, I was very impressed by the well-equipped kitchen, and could have set up housekeeping there. Bedrooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, and all the accoutrements were high-end. We enjoyed hiking on the abutting greenway and walking to the nearby farmer's market. Cape Elizabeth is a terrific location close to Portland and all its attractions but away from the bustle, and you have your choice of great beaches nearby. Can't say enough good things about this property and the owners -- best VRBO experience ever!

Girls Weekend

From start to finish regarding our mini vacation Liz was onboard and available 24/7!! Sincerely mean that….great response time to any questions which is important when you are the one responsible planning every detail. The house was beautiful and easily accommodated our group of five. Such an easy drive to Portland where we took a pottery class, shopped and had some wonderful dining experiences. I would love to come back to this house and experience it in the summer. We were all grateful for the comfort and ease Liz and John's home offered us over the long wknd. Family celebration in Maine

Celebrated my birthday with the family of 7 ranging in age from 3 1/2 to 73 in Maine. Great house for all ages especially the boat room. The toys and books entertained my grandson for house. Very comfortable beds and a separate office. Fully stocked kitchen and gorgeous back yard. Liz and John, the owners are very accommodating. Close proximity to Portand and the beaches. I would highly recommend this house.

Perfect Vacation Home

We found a beautiful home in Cape Elizabeth to enjoy a family vacation. The home is spacious and well appointed. It is near everything from downtown Portland to the beaches on Cape Elizabeth, to Fort Williams and the Lighthouse, to Freeport, and to Kennebunkport to name just a few destination spots. The house is minutes from the train station and the airport. We enjoyed reclaiming our Maine family roots. The house - with the exceptional hosts - made our time in Maine special indeed.

Best VRBO experience

I could go on and on…Liz and John were the best hosts ever. The property is spectacular. Everything you would need. My friend is a gourmet cook and found the kitchen was a dream! The front and back areas of the home were magnificent for eating, chatting or just hanging out. Liz and John were so welcoming of my friend’s old lab mix dog. All of their recommendations were spot on for myself and my guests and enhanced the experience! They made it comfortable for all of us. The best VRBO experience of my life. Hoping to go back to enjoy more of Liz and John’s Maine!

As developers/builders, we are not easily impressed. This house did it. It had special features and appliances, great opportunity to cook, to sit on a flower filled porch, super comfortable. While incredible, you didn’t feel like your everyday movement would ruin it. Great location, quiet neighborhood.

Gorgeous property in Cape Elizabeth

This wonderful property was the perfect place for our family of seven. The main floor is open, welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and appliances anyone might need. Upstairs the five bedrooms had comfortable beds, and the bathroom facilities were perfect for us. The natural light that flows throughout the house is excellent. Communication with the owners was terrific. Liz and John provided all the support we needed during our stay. Our experience was excellent in every respect. We would not hesitate to return to this property for our next family gathering in the Greater Portland area. A big thank you to Liz and John!!

Beautiful home and great neighborhood

This house is wonderful and the host is amazing! There is a cool kids room stocked with toys and books. The house is set up very well with helpful notes. We had an awesome stay and Liz and John the hosts reached out before and during our stay to make sure everything was going well. They even provided an extensive guide to the area. I had mentioned taking the kids to the tide pools at low tide, and Liz and John printed out a tide schedule and left it in the house before we arrived. Very thoughtful and caring. We were only there for a couple of days but this is a place I would love to come back to and rent for a month!

Liz and John were great! The house is lovely. They’re created a great experience with their attention to detail, i.e., fresh flowers, beach towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is charming and a close walk to Jordan Farm.

The property is fantastic and in a lovely neighborhood. We felt very welcomed by all the nice touches, flowers, coffee, area suggestions, etc. The whole house was well appointed, (especially the kitchen) with everything you need at your disposal. Perfect spot for extended family get together

Ideal home for our family get-together. The house is made for casual entertaining…the huge kitchen island, the spacious but still cozy living room, and the back patio so well surrounded by trees that it’s like another room. High ceilings. Lots of bedrooms. And Liz could not have been more helpful — very clear info about how everything in the house works (like the dishwasher) and quick to answer questions when we had them.

As yearly Maine vacationers, we have to say that our stay here was amongst the most memorable because of Liz and John’s incredible home. Maine visit

Liz and John were excellent with accommodating our needs and answering all our questions about the area - so nice to deal with ! The house is beautiful and so comfortable. Even with the rainy day , the kids enjoyed ping pong, making s’mores at the outdoor fire pit( that John readied for us), and playing games. I can highly recommend this home. Thanks Liz and John !
