”I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room. The luxury room is in the basement, so feels really damp especially as we were unable to...

This is the only area of improvement I'll have to suggest, as working on the premises often took place at 0730 (i.e. change of faulty AC unit in the room next door, cutting branches with power-equipment, and even the cleaning of the rooms), as these slighlty disturbed if you wish to sleep until 09-10...
