”This property was exactly what my wife and I needed for our stay 2 week stay in Redlands. We felt safe in the surrounding community. The accommodations were modest and clean. Note: This particular property does not have washer. California is expensive; I felt that the price we paid was appropriate”

”I picked this location because I wanted somewhere close to my sister who we were visiting. The neighborhood worked out perfectly. It was quiet, serene. It was easy to find where everything was located in the home. There is no central AC which we were initially worried about when we arrived on a hot day, but had zero issues sleeping at night. The temperature worked out just fine. Would definitely stay here again. ”

”Shower worked okay the first day. On the second day the water came out of the shower from under the glass wall and it puddled almost all the way under the bed, and under our luggage. We used all towers to wipe the floor and our belongings.Used the fans and open all windows to get everything as dry as possible before our departure. We turn off the fans and closed all windows per the check-out instructions.Place was okay, perfect location, but price is a bit too expensive for what you’re getting.”

”We had an amazing week staying at this adorable cottage. It was clean, bright and welcoming. The outdoor shower was clutch post beach time and the yard allowed for our dog to enjoy the trip as much as we did. Add in the access to the coastal trail and it was unbeatable. We would love to stay here again for another adventure in Half Moon Bay!”

”Communication with the host was excellent but below are a few items that need to be addressed. Was not what I expected. While the bedroom size was nice, the kitchen and living area were much smaller than anticipated. There were also several safety concerns, including multiple electrical outlets missing covers and no visible fire alarms. In addition, the kitchenette electrical system appeared overloaded — using more than one appliance at a time risked tripping the circuit breaker. To top it off,...

”Location is great due to proximity to many restaurants, stores and the freeways. The place is clean and small, more suited for a short stay for two people or one person for a long stay, mainly because there is no living room and the main common room is the bedroom. The apt is on a lovely homesite and parking on the sidewalk was easy. The AC, bathroom, washer and drying rack were nice, although we didn't use the washer. The small kitchen was a mini-refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and...
