CaseMaggi Poets Bay Terrace Apartment is the perfect place to relax and explore the beauty of Portovenere. Have fun with friends or the whole family at this newly remodeled stylish beach house apartment overlooking the Bay of Poets. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located on the upper road of Portovenere, offering great views and a more quiet stay. The apartment has a stunning view of Poets Bay, and is just a short walk from the beaches, waterfront promenade, restaurants, and shops.

The apartment is decorated in a stylish beach house style, with tiled floors. The living room has a large sofa, and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to cook your own meals. There is also a laundry room in the apartment with washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom, a ceiling fan, aircon split, a desk. The second bedroom and two long twin beds that can also be put together to make a king size bed, a ceiling fan, aircon splits and a small desk. Both rooms have a lovely view of the bay. The third bedroom is designed with a train style bunk bed and also has an aircon split.
There is a covered terrace with a view of the Bay of Poets with a small table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a coffee with the sunrise or relaxing with a well deserved late afternoon glass of wine.

The apartment is also equipped with a record player with jazz and blues vinyl's and a collection of poetry books, perfect for a relaxing afternoon of reading and listening to great music. The poetry is inspired by the Bay of Poets, we have included poetry books by Lord Byron and Shelley, as the legend says that Bryon used to swim across the bay to visit his friend and fellow writer Shelley.

Stairs: Portovenere is built on a steep hillside, so almost every home here is reached on foot and up steps. For Poets Bay Terrace there are 44 steps from the street to the building entrance, and there is no lift. It is the easiest to reach of our four Portovenere apartments. If anyone in your party has limited mobility, please write to us before you book and we will tell you honestly whether this apartment will work for you.

Parking: like most homes in Portovenere, our building has no parking of its own. There is paid street parking below the building, and a public car park about ten minutes' walk away. There is room to stop and unload your bags before you go and park. Every guest gets full directions and parking guidance from us before arrival, and if you want to know more before you book, just write to us.
