”Lovely cottage however when there for work you need two things. Hot water and a bed.
Bed were comfy but hot water was absent. Out of 24 showers across 4 adults and 6 days only 3 ran hot.
Second bedroom vibrates and is super loud whenever water is running anywhere in the house too.
Disappointed as we called the owners and they assured us a maintenance person would come and check and fix this issue, meaning one of us took a day off work to wait for the person. Who never came.

”Nigel was so great, I made an error on my booking dates and he fixed it no problem ! The hotel is clean, modern, newly refurnished. Brekky was lovely, warm friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel. £5 surcharge for a dog which is brilliant. Only thing is the electric shower, it’s not as good as gas but it was still ok! Just to know , dogs can’t go in the restaurant. Lovely hotel and great staff !!”

However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. ”Had an excellent 2 night stay in 'the loft' in a lovely quiet location with great views.
The Loft is fitted out to a high standard, and there's nothing better after a day of work as sitting on your own balcony with a cuppa and a free cream scone (4 of which are provided on your first night). The provided breakfast is varied, plentiful and more free fresh croissants arrive every day.... although for 1 person, 4 is definitely too many to get through each 24hrs.
