”TV and Shower didn't work, there is no air conditioning or Wifi available in the building. The hotel is pretty old and well overdue its imminent refit at the end of the season.
Location is 10/10 right by st ives train station overlooking the bay.
Quite noisy at night and the rooms get extremely hot even with windows open and fan blowing (we stayed end of June it wasnt even that hot outside!)”

”Very nice staff and super nice location. Lovely old building. Decorative pillows little bit dirty but otherwise good. Would appreciate if there were slippers to be used when going to the spa.
BTW sauna was good, even for a Finn.”

”The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. ”

”Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby.
Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟”
