”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint and welcoming property. It was a perfect location for our time in Newport, just 15 minutes from the beach. Phil was an excellent host, incredibly responsive and attentive. Very comfortable beds as well. We’d stay there again. ”

”The location is wonderful! Can’t beat it. The size of the room is very good. I like that there is a refrigerator and option for coffee. (They serve fresh coffee in the lobby but it was nice to have a Keurig in the room) the bathroom was sub-par. Had to remove the stopper in the sink because water wouldn’t drain. It stayed shut. The shower was extremely tired. Cheap, Lyme build up on shower head. We did not use it. The hotel itself needs updating. For $600 for one night I expected more. But… I...

”I had a somewhat disappointing stay at the Best Western in Dartmouth. I booked this hotel because it was the closest hotel to my daughter's collegethat had a pool and fitness room. ”First of all, it’s a hotel—and that is not mentioned in the listing. Secondly, it is a dumpy motel—dirty carpets, few amenities, stairs but no elevators. Worst of all was the customer service. I received no address or access info and when I called to get them I was asked on several attempts to try calling back in ten minutes or so.
