”Feels like a motel.room on ground floor good side entrance easy access to car.a fridge was a god send in the heatwave,keeping things cool.great -air con another godsend. Pool and sauna good. Very good breakfast offerings .bed comfortable. My WiFi was iffy. Good value for money”

”Booked a one night stay to avoid the hottest day of the year and it was absolute bliss! Room was pefect, had more than enough amenities and the size of the room...wow! Breakfast was lovely too. Really glad I chose to stay here. Will definitely stay again.”

”Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was lovely and spacious, immaculately clean, super comfy bed, great shower and lovely toiletries and robes. Food delicious too. Can't fault it...excellent all round”

”It is a travesty to call the Wiltshire hotel a spa. We had had a long day travelling and were looking forward to a really nice spa experience. We were given a locker key and a sad towel, no robe. The ladies changing rooms were a disgrace. Broken tiles, grubby floor and a section had been roped off. The pool area was dirty with broken tiles, and mould on the floor tiles. The jacuzzi wasn’t working, neither was the steam room. The hot sauna was good but the pool temperature was on the low side. ...

”Lady at check in very rude rolling eyes etc bad first impression.the evening before the fella was very nice.very hot room even with fan. Bed comfortable .a little fridge in room would be good .during heatwave somewhere to keep things cold a must.good pool and sauna .good value for money”
