”Cleanliness”

”The place is an older hotel that really needs a thorough cleaning. Our beds and bedding were clean but there was carpet in both sleep spaces and it wasn’t clean, literally had to wipe sand and ‘grocery store’ feet off before getting into bed. It smelled a bit musty/damp too. The shower was tiny with poor water pressure. The pool and proximity to the beach were wonderful, though! The staff was kind and accommodating, but prepare to pay $15 per day to park.”

”Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!”

”The hotel is in need of updates. There was sand on the floor when we arrived and no broom or dust pan. No water pressure. Outside needs maintenance and thoroughly cleaned. Loved the staff and the view was awesome. Steps from the beach.”

”First of all, Romi is not clean bathroom door was broke. They didn’t provide the body wash or anything.nd without our permission we go out for cleaning stuff coming that’s so bad bad thing I recommend go other hotel not this one they don’t have enough parking space next time I’m not go in this hotel”

”The hotel is in a great location but the rooms are worn out and in desperate need of an update and remodel. No hot water even after maintenance reset the hot water heater. The bed was so worn out that they sunk down jn the middle. Stove was worn and didn't work properly. The worst part of the whole place was the pool was disgusting! The 3 nights we were there the pool or area around it was not cleaned! There was either dog poop ( seahaven is not pet friendly) of human poop on the pool deck...

”Don't go here. If you like the smell of weed and a very mismanaged unmaintained property this is it. The violations of health and life safety are astonishing. The management knows it's nasty and agrees with the patrons but do nothing. The first room had some body food in several places and the mattress was horrible. We asked for another and it was cleaner but still nasty. We had no choice but to stay so I went and purchased my own cleaning supplies to make it livable. We would not allow the kids...

”The staff was amazing! Rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The appearance online was a little misleading to the property currently. There is new management and they are working hard to make it better. Its in a great location and close to everything. The beach is a short walk across the street.”

”I would not stay here ever again! The pictures are not the rooms you get they are of the condos they own next to the building. We were in the room which when you open the door and gasp from the smell of mold!! Sitting on the bed the air conditioner just dumps water all over your feet! Had to switch rooms since the mold smell was too overwhelming…don’t stay here!! Also when you arrive you have to pay resort fee and also if you go to the restaurant across the street they also own it Coconuts and...

”Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...
