Poor gym experience
Otherwise ok BUT I tried to go to the gym and the lady didn’t allow me to go there without shoes. Come on! I don’t carry gym shoes on business trips and nowadays it is common to do certain gym movements without shoes anyway. The rule is ridicilous (and probably decided by someone who doesn’t know anything about gym training) and the lady at the gym reception should have had more common sense amd flexibility. I had 1,5 hour break between my meetings and I just wanted to do quick gym training but that was too much to ask.

The hotel is really big and spacious. Rooms are tidy and top notch in Czech standards but still have that little eastern touch. Food and service are great. Late check-out up till 16:00.

First the staff was rude but later on compensated with executive lounge passes. Check-in was 3pm. We came at 4pm. I requested a room with the view. the front desk lady said she'll see what she can do. Made us wait saying that room is getting cleaned. Got the keys at 4:30 assuming the room with the view was assigned. But it was not. Called the front desk and the manager was apologetic and compensated by giving the executive lounge passes.

Tout juste correcte pour un hôtel 5etoiles , il n y avait vraiment rien de special , la chambre famille pour 4 est petite , , kids club fermé pratiquement tout le séjour , ouvert que le 26 , pas d’animation particulière propose pour le réveillon de noël .

Really nice stay. Very clean.
Two negatives - Tried to enjoy the pool - it was so cold!!! Not enjoyable at all!
Over the weekend of our stay there was a big business conference at the hotel which we were not told about on booking - they took over the entire ground floor! Difficult to sit in lobby without getting surrounded by people networking!
