Portuguese hospitality at its finest. My family were made to feel so welcome here. The balcony on the family room was huge and the rooms were immaculately clean. The best thing was the staff here, so kind and hospitable and really went out of their way in a big way to make us feel at home here. Would highly, highly recommend staying here. Best hotel on the island and best service!

Everything was so dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. The doors and wall paper thin. Only good thing is that it’s in front of the beach. But Praia Vitoria is so small that you can walk from anywhere. I would stay in Angra do Heroismo.

We reserved and paid for two rooms in avance. They only had one room available. No air conditioning. We all had to stay in the same room. They refused to refund our payment for the second room. Will never stay there again. Incredibly unprofessional staff.

The hotel was perfect! The location was really nice. It was on the water and the staff was super nice and helpful. The only thing I hated was that since it’s on a busy street there’s a nightclub nearby and it was blasting music until like 3 am and I was unable to sleep

We stayed her one night due to a layover. This hotel is conveniently located close to the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the space we had for our family of 4. Both kids had individual cots and we had a beautiful king bed. The only complaint was ants, we found an issue with ants on one of the window sills and floor near the bathroom. Overall, for the price it was a great stay.

NO AIR CON! Our sheets had ketchup or blood on them when we arrived. The towels had brown stains and the shower head did not work so we had to take a bath. Safe was broken, elevator was out of order so had to carry bags to the 3rd floor. Staff were rude and animals were barking all night out the window.

Excellent customer service, great location, across from the beach, close to the airport. I would stay here again! Front desk was so nice, helpful and offered great customer service!

Had a great stay at the hotel. The beds were comfortable. We had to leave for the airport before breakfast started but they had the breakfast ready for us to eat early. Hotel is right next to the beach so we were able to walk around and enjoy the restaurants and scenery. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Would stay here again.

Tired Hotel. Very Disappointing.
The condition of the property is tired. We stayed on the beach side last year, and things were good. Condition was good. This year, we stayed on the backside and immediately asked for a change of rooms b/c of the bathroom, but they were fully-booked we were told. Cracked tiles, moldy grout, nasty showerhead, rusty fixtures, cracked block windows. The bed was fine, but there were others parts (broken drawers) of the room that were also tired. We were very disappointed. I would love to get my money back.

The hotel was amazing for the value, the front desk staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast is good enough for you to save some money on a meal in town. I would stay at this property again.
