”Hotel is in a quiet location. Parking was a challenge as we had to park on the street in front on the hotel due to hotel lot was full. Several cars were taking up 2 spots and there was a large Enterprise box truck taking up 5 spots. Breakfast was great with lots of options! Bed was comfortable. A/C unit in room was extremely noisy and while it kept room cool, it most likely needs service for the loud rattling noise coming from it.”

”There was no Body wash, requested to the front desk few times but no reply. TV was not working & phone was off the hook. Very dirty elevator & Floor Front desk morning staff was rude & had a bad attitude.”

I think there was food splatter on the wall where the refrigerator was located. The pool area looked like it needs some heavy remodeling. There’s a door to nowhere in the pool area (2nd floor) that looks super tacky. The conference room which you walk past looks like more of a storage unit - block that windows from customers peeking in there. Looks...

”The room was huge. Sheets were not dirty, but stained. Dust on the walls by the fan that blew the cold air from one room into the next. Bathroom cabinet had severe water damage on the base boards. Pillows were squares and not actual bed pillows.stains on the walls and carpets. My hubby and son said when they walked I. They were hit with a heavy scent of bakery (possibly hiding something)”

”PERFECT stay at this new property. Was in Madison for a night to see a show at the Overture Center. This mid-range hotel was put together doing everything right. Free parking. Got checked in early with no problem. Room was great - quiet all evening and night, black-out shades, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, coffee (but no tea) in the room, min-frig, microwave. The shower had good water pressure. Bathroom mirror was WONDERFUL for makeup. HUGE TV. Free Wi-Fi. The bar in the lobby in the...

”You get what you get with this price. Don't have high expectations. Sheets were dirty and shower was gross. There was a weird alarm before we went to sleep. We didnt bother to go for breakfast but left as soon as possible. Without the gross shower it wouldve been average stay in the states. ”
