The unit itself was clean, the complex is new. However, there was trash on the hallways, the gates were not working, and unfortunately the tenants on the unit above us, made a lot of noice very late at night and we couldn't get a good night sleep. This is not a negative on the unit we stayed as these are things out of their control, but...

”Terrible experience. Got towed and cost me an extra $335. Visitor parking was full. Only 3 spots on the apartment side. Registered and parked at the closest spot next to it that wasn't labeled reserved. Basically an old apartment complex with a passive aggressive host. Asked for entry 40 mins early but was denied. Do not stay here!”

”This is an OLD apartment that smelled like old mop bucket water (someone left a can of air freshnser). The walls were dirty, the front door had a half inch gap. The floors had gaps in the bathroom (potential tripping hazard. The stairs to the property are clearly out of code in 2025. I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. There is parking, but its very tight... so a large vehicle wont fit.The location was great in regards to access to all of...

”We will be back, it was peaceful and the view on the patio is beautiful. We took a little walk by the water and the view was breathtaking . The bed was sooooo soft, I was out like a light🤣🤣. The host was fast to reply any questions that I had. I was able to cook a nice dinner while we were there and I must say the spice rack is an A. ”
