”The hotel was well located to the centre of town and the main railway station. The staff were excellent and very accommodation with baggage storage and a room change we had to make. Unfortunately one of their guests on Jan 20th smoked Marijuana and the ground stairs lobby and lift stank of the smoke. Shame because of this i could only give them 3 stars.”

”We stopped here overnight real quick and for the price it was perfect. We didn't need much other than a clean place to sleep. The restaurant was under construction and it was not located near much food so dining options were limited. The staff were friendly and helpful. ”

”I have stayed at No. 10 several times in the past. It is my go-to place whenever I visit Preston. I have stayed in a few of the different suites and they are all great, but I especially like the Tiffany room because it is a high floor and very quiet and just has a lovely cosy feel to it. Always very clean. Location works really well for me with exceptionally easy access to Preston Train Station, Fishergate for shopping and buses etc. Check in easy and communication always fantastic. ”Great room for the price, and loved that they provided some breakfast cereals and coffee. Room was very clean and organized. The bedroom was small but for a single guest is was more than adequate. Would definitely stay here again. ”

”Man on desk polite. Surprised when told our room was in another building, next to hotel. Freezing cold initially as heater just coming warm. Strange smell in the room, however clean sheets and fresh towels available. Room needs painting as lots of marks everywhere. Tea and coffee avaiable in the room. Very basic room, probably right for the money we paid. Would not stay again”
