”I have stayed at No. 10 several times in the past. It is my go-to place whenever I visit Preston. I have stayed in a few of the different suites and they are all great, but I especially like the Tiffany room because it is a high floor and very quiet and just has a lovely cosy feel to it. Always very clean. Location works really well for me with exceptionally easy access to Preston Train Station, Fishergate for shopping and buses etc. Check in easy and communication always fantastic. ”The hotel was well located to the centre of town and the main railway station. The staff were excellent and very accommodation with baggage storage and a room change we had to make. Unfortunately one of their guests on Jan 20th smoked Marijuana and the ground stairs lobby and lift stank of the smoke. Shame because of this i could only give them 3 stars.”

”Exceptional property. The photos look good but don't do it justice. Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds & pillows, soft fluffy towels. Well equipped kitchen lacking nothing. Often 6 berth properties have 6 of everything, for example here there were 12 mugs so not constantly washing up. Cafetiere and tea pots in two sizes. Little extras like sewing kit, tool kit and first aid kit appreciated. ”

”We stopped here overnight real quick and for the price it was perfect. We didn't need much other than a clean place to sleep. The restaurant was under construction and it was not located near much food so dining options were limited. The staff were friendly and helpful. ”
