”Room was clean and small but adequate for my needs. Staff very helpful and responsive when I had questions. On street parking not an issue, as spaces were available.”

”Unfortunately another resident was up all night shouting and banging. We finally managed to sleep around 4am. From the advertisement we thought it was the entire apartment but it was a very small room. ”

”Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!”

”Property is easy to locate, but details of check in is delayed, . I was outside for so long due to the owner not picking calls on time It was cold in the room, noise from the corridor, loud music through the corridor and the shower was so noisy I booked it just to have few tours of sleep before resuming work unfortunately that didn’t happened.”

”Great hotel. I the UK for my dad’s celebration of life and hotel made visit easier to manage. two adults and a 16 year old, and plenty of room! Check in was smooth. Staff friendly. Breakfast amazing. Good atmosphere in restaurant/bar. Enjoyed our stay. Only slight grumble was not allowed to enter IHG one rewards, to take advantage of late checkout. Was told couldn’t as booked on Expedia. Always do this in Canada (home) and have never had a problem so that was frustrating.”

”Very friendly staff, the room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The pool was full of kids so we didn't went for a swim. Breakfast was good and had many options. The car park was quite full and the spots were a bit tight (even worse because a lot of people didn't know how to park 🙃) But overall was a nice experience! Highly recommend it!”

”Room was very clean as was the bathroom. It had everything you needed and it was all clearly labelled. Kingsize bed was really comfy. Curtains were blackout so no light got through. Situated in a lovely quiet area so there was no noise throughout the night. Throughly enjoyed the room. Had no issues are complaints. ”
