”Great location and staff”

”I was very surprised at the upkeep off the property and room, it was poor condition. Furniture of the room was not appealing at all, heavily damaged tables, the condition of the bathroom tub was horrible and looked dirty, I barely wanted to shower. There was hair that did not even belong to me on the floor when we got into our room on the bathroom floor, very discouraging to make myself comfortable in the room. ”Room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable. Linens were crisp White. I did notice that my room was clean in places that most hotel cleaning staff miss or overlook. The continental breakfast was enough to get you going. Waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juices. I would recommend this hotel for the room cleanliness and if you’re heading to Mohegan Sun as it’s 2 minutes away. My room as clean but the corners near the elevator need to be vacuumed. ”While the rooms were nice for a double bed room, my biggest issue is there, listed as an amenity, is free WiFi. I chose this hotel based on this being a chain I use frequently, distance from where we needed & things to do, & my need for internet as I am a teacher & in Grad school. Instead, every 5-10 minutes (I have videos) I would be actively using the internet & it would stop working, I would go to WiFi settings & I was connected but it said “no internet”. ”Breakfast was nice! Has good options for free breakfast. Pool was open late which is really nice! They have casino shuttles as well. My room was nice, normal hotel room and pretty clean.”

”The refrigerator in my room was not working properly. That made what otherwise would have been an excellent stay to just a good stay. Staff was very nice even though they were unable to get the refrigerator situation resolved. ”

”Disappointed with our stay. We booked here specifically for the pool and shuttle to Mohegan, but the pool was out of service with no notice and the shuttle was late picking us up. When the main amenities you advertise aren’t available or reliable, it feels misleading. Would have chosen a different hotel if we knew.”
