Then we got to our room and there was a piece of the wall on the floor with nails sticking out and I’m so glad my 3 and 6 year old didn’t step on it! ”The view was great and it’s right on the beach. The waterslides were NOT open for spring break, just on weekends. Having water slides all week was one of the reasons we chose this resort specifically and we were disappointed. Not a lot of dining options but the ones that were there were really good. Enjoyed the free mini golf course and free pier access. Seemed like at less half the days there was an elevator out of service for an hour or two so sometimes we had to walk around to alternating...

”Staff was rude, no one ever came to check our rooms and when we asked for clean towels they said we had to wait to 11am to get towels. We never did! . Mind you we were there for 5 days and never had anyone come to the room to restock toilet paper, coffee, towels and etc.. They don't provide conditioner and they don't provide pool towels. They don't really have an indoor pool and hot tubs are have warm water. The best part of the hotel was that it was beach front property. ”

”Property is very outdated. The linens and pillows are very worn. There was only cable TV, which was a little frustrating (couldn’t change the input to HDMI to stream or play video game). With that being said the room was clean, it is perfectly located on the beach (big plus), and the staff was very friendly. I know what to expect now and will visit again for a day trip”

”Dirty they have roaches and the pictures are some what fake it don’t look that good it look rundown for what we paid shouldn’t even be worth that want stay again ”

”No pool to enjoyed it was closed. The refrigerator was not working properly, not cold only freezer. Bathroom door damaged. Place was not cleaned. Staff very nice and friendly. ”

”The condition of the room is unsatisfactory. The bed is worn out. The amenities provided are inadequate. ”

”Was told I was given the worst room and they can’t get anyone to stay in the room”

”Beach view was a partial view. I thought it was a full view. :( room had no shower curtain or bath plug. Not enough blankets. I had to ask twice then was sent a maintenance man for the tub after 9:30pm and was trying to sleep. Room was noisy by the elevator. Not very nice when I asked for a 1:30 check out due to our flights. ”
