Best hotel room I have stayed in! The staff was great, room was perfect and the breakfast was more than enough. They even had a hot cocoa stand with sprinkles and marshmallows and our 6 yr old loved that! If you need to stay in Heber springs, this is the place!

House was well stocked. We were very cozy with the cold temps we had. Beautiful spot on the river. Lots of fishing unfortunately didnt catch many but still enjoyed the convenience and access. View was wonderful & just as pictures showed. Treehouse was clean & beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with basic necessities.
