”This is a place that your going to get what you pay for, the rooms are ok and the building is showing some wear. Staff is friendly and accommodating. breakfast is basic but is free so it works. Pool is nice. This was a last minute rental while meeting friends in the area to show them Rehobeth beach that they had not seen before, and my wife volunteered me to pay. All in all it was better than OK. Hotel is in the heart of the shopping area which was taken advantage of.”

”Disgusting! Don’t stay here! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was disgusting. The outside of the toilet bowl had poop on it! And you could tell the shower hadn't been cleaned in years! The sheets were dirty and stained. The only 'clean' thing was the towels! The staff are young students who are respectful and have a very good attitude, but unfortunately, they don't know how to clean a bathroom. I definitely DO NOT recommend it.”

”The front desk were excellent. All friendly and ready to help. I remember Ms Carol, wish I had the others names. The bed was ok. Bring your own pillows. It didn’t smell like dog. There were hair in the shower floor and 3 flies in the room. I asked the cleaning lady to return in 30 minutes. She said she would but never returned. We took our own towels out and retrieved towels. ”

”The room was perfect for what I needed and was pet friendly so I have no complaints there. It is in need of repair and updating for cosmetic purposes alone. However, what it lacked in charm it more than made up for in one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on and I, genuinely, contemplated taking the pillows home with me as they were incredibly comfortable. I would stay again.”

”As soon as we entered the hotel, it felt inviting, warm, pleasant and well lit. The staff welcomed us immediately and were kind and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was clean, well stocked with towels, and smelled fresh. The pool area was also clean, bright and well maintained. Breakfast was served daily until 9:30 a.m. The staff was friendly and very helpful, even giving a last call to guests who might need anything before breakfast service ended. ”This was our 2nd stay and it was better than the last one. Although I hardly saw any staff our 3rd floor room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and everything was filled in the bathroom. The breakfast was sufficient, although nothing to get excited about. I think if the place was brightened up a bit and new carpeting and lighting installed it would be a big improvement. All in all I would consider another stay in the future.”
