”We loved the room as it overlooked the gulf. Property was a little bit aged but wasn't dirty. Love the "room keys" (wrist bands). Only complaint is the parking. I found 5 handicapped parking for the entire place and they were always taken. And the overflow is in the garage next door but the height is prohibitive, especially in a taller vehicle or one with a carrier on top. ”Coming from a family of four with 2 small children and being our first time in Destin this location was great. This location was convenient to a lot of restaurants, stores, and entertanment. Plus it was a short walk to the Beach. This hotel was clean and staff were all friendly and welcoming. The suite also had everything we needed to be at home away from home. ”We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were very clean and anything we needed, we asked and they provided. The pool was super nice and clean. I liked that it wasn’t overpowered by chlorine and the pool didn’t close til 11 which was great after a long day. The beach isn’t that far but I suggest if you stay off the beach and are not close to public access to go down to Henderson Beach Park. You pay $6 but are there all day. ”The hotel was going through renovations. There were many things they still needed to upgrade or replace. Carpet in halls was rough. We were afraid one of the outlets in our room might start a fire. We alerted the front desk and unplugged the TV . Hoping that when the improvements are completed it will be an even better place to stay. The view from the balcony was very nice. Good people watching on the harbor. Nice pool area. ”

”We had a wonderful 3-night stay. Room was perfect and housekeeping refreshed the towels, discarded the trash and made the bed every day. That’s not the standard at most hotels anymore! Breakfast was pretty good - decent choices. Pool was nice. Free parking (just wish the lot was bigger). Also, the property doesn’t look like the pictures. They’re in the process of updating/remodeling. It was quiet at night despite that. Shopping and restaurants nearby and beach a few blocks back. I’d stay again. ”
