”Great, family friendly hotel. Breakfast was amazing”

”The room was nice, but the breakfast was not edible and there is no additional food service othee than reheated meals. The coffee was nice. While checking out, there was a clearly drugged (I would assume fentanyl) man in the elevator. I requested help from the staff and he was removed, but he was able to get into the hotel unnoticed by the staff. A less than optimal experience, to say the least.”

”Innokkaana juoksun harrastajana erityisesti jäi mieleen, että melkein hotellin vierestä lähti erinomainen lenkkipolku. Huonona puolena jäi mieleen melko kehno äänieristys. Iltaisin kantautui huoneeseen selvästi äänet hotellin sisäpihan uima-altaalta ja grillausalueelta. Äänet loppuivat kuitenkin 23:een mennessä.”

”The suites are really well set up. Kitchen is well thought out and everything works. Bath fixtures need an update but everything works. Location is very convenient”

”Was ok. Didn’t help that as we were walking in, the police were arresting a woman and putting her in the back of their police car. Kind of put a damper on our initial impression.”

”I specifically asked not to be placed by the elevator and they placed us by the elevator and pool with the pool deck outside our room. I requested to be moved and they did accommodate us. The wifi wasn't working and when we called downstairs, no one answered for over thirty minutes. When we walked downstairs there were three people sitting at the front desk. They had no breakfast for us for two days and made excuses that their food order didn't arrive. It was Memorial Day weekend and they...

”Exercise weight machines were all broken, no warning for that, room carpet bad shape, staff meh. Breakfast standard factory eggs, meat.”

”Trash all over the property. Homeless hanging out in the parking lot. Elevator didn't work. Was not impressed. Location was great for Garden of the God's. Easy to get to and exit the parking lot. Plenty of parking.”

”The room was very spacious and well organized. Jadin at the front desk was very helpful explaining the Hilton honor program. He won my 3 year old grand daughter over with the simple gesture of giving her a badge for hurting finger. This saves me from a trip to Walmart. I have been the hotel business for 40 years. This a awesome staff”

”This little gem was a fantastic find off the beaten path in Colorado Springs. I opted to make several reservations just in case we wanted to swap places. The property itself is just breathtaking and beautiful. Plenty of grounds to cover hiking, on a stroll, bird watching. Our first hike we saw wild turkeys, a bobcat nursing her baby, and rabbits. Lots of history and detail in this place. Would definitely return!”
