”The location was good for a couple of 2. It wasn’t the best we’ve stayed at before but for a good price it couldn’t beat it and for one quick stay over night was not bad. We came to visit family to camp in the mountains and decided to rest well before our long drive back home. They do require a $50 deposit! So know that. Thankfully we had cash in hand. Overall property could be cleaner and rooms can be updated since lots of it is chipped, cracked, torn or just so used up. The parking was very...

”The door did not fully close as there were gaps of light around the entire doorway, the bedding was visibly stained and dirty, they bathroom had mold and was not well maintained, the toilet did not flush correctly, the staff was on FaceTime with her friend the entire check in process and check out after deciding not to stay the night in this room. It was nothing like the pictures. Very disappointing and still waiting for a refund”

”It was awful. I took one step in, turned around and returned my keys. I exhausted, spent my hard earned money for two nights, didnt stay even 10 minutes. Im waiting for a refund. When can I expect it?”

I read reviews before choosing this hotel, I have no idea why folks complained about having difficulty figuring out where to go from the parking garage, it was simple for us. We very much enjoyed our visit and would stay here again without a second thought.”

”When we arrived the air conditioning was not working. We turned on the unit and nothing happened. Called the front desk and they said they would try to send someone in 45 minutes. After 20 minutes it came on but never delivered cold air. We spent a miserable sweat filled night. I thought they should have just transferred our room but that never happened. The pool looked incredibly dirty and had a smell. No thanks. We will not stay here again.”
