”Bed was comfortable, everything was fine. Two (minor) complaints: no elevator (bad back and knees made this a big deal) and only 1 mirror in the room, at the bathroom vanity. As someone who wears glasses, this made it impossible to apply makeup appropriately, and no way to check final appearance before leaving for our event. Again - minor, but irritating.”

”If you’re looking for a clean and easy place to just lay your head down, this was perfect. Amazing location; streetcar stop right outside the entrance, and a public parking garage only 2 blocks away. Staff was great. Only downside I had was the AC was struggling, but other than that, loved it. Will absolutely come back the next time I come to Toronto. ”

”The shuttle service from the airport wa disgraceful. I waited 50 minutes.
I asked for a wake up call which I did not get.
The shuttle does not go at convenient times in the morning.
The shuttle vehicle I doubt would pass a road test. The driver took back roads and was nearly able to keep it straight.
I would not recommend this property for airport travel.”

”The building is under a balcony upgrade so currently there is construction around it. The restaurant was never open the entire time we visited and the outside parking lot was noisy with locals using it late in the night. ”Breakfast was included and had an excellent variety. Car rental return to the airport is 6 minutes away and there is a Shell Station and A&W close by.
The facility is very clean and our room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed was very spacious. It is one of the cleanest and updates rooms we've been in.
The very new bathroom renovated shower door was never tested. Water was all over the floor and we used most of the towels to dry the floor. The other negative was the non-insulated toilet. ...
