Only 1 wash towel, had to beg for additional towels, no bath soap, bathroom door did not close, notified owner but no fix. Coffee maker on last leg. We have rented many homes and have never been disappointed so this is the first.”

We had a weather related incident and the property management sent someone immediately and resolved it for us. ”Off street private gated parking downtown that is walking distance to everything we were doing. The home is a cool two story home in a large building with a private entrance and parking. The kitchen is well equipped and the family room is comfortable and well decorated.”

”This was newer remodeled in an older neighborhood. This is a very basic VBRO, not a luxury for the amenities provided. I am not familiar with the area but it was convenient with some nice restaurants in the vicinity. They did a good job, its nice, but not complete when we stayed. Property manager was prompt in assisting.”

”Owner very nice, accomodating checked on us by text and saw him occasionally in the neighborhood but never intrusive. Space is comfortable with great view of DePasquale Plaza. Lots of activity and an easy walk to downtown library RISD museum, waterfire and VanGogh Exhibit as well as many very good restaurants and music on the hill.”
