I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to book Ocean Club West. Expedia lists our properties separately, so you select either Ocean Club Resort or Ocean Club West when making your reservation. Your booking was for Ocean Club Resort. All our guests are welcome to use the complimentary shuttle to Ocean Club West. I'm sorry your experience wasn't great, but I hope you still enjoyed your time in Turks & Caicos.

However, I apologize for the negative experience you encountered at the restaurant. The water filtration system is consistent across the island and deemed safe for consumption. While many guests utilize it for various purposes in their suites, bottled water is typically preferred for drinking. I will relay your feedback to the management team regarding the staff member's behavior towards your daughter. It's always beneficial to voice these concerns during your stay.. Despite these issues, I'm pleased to know that you had an overall positive experience, and I hope to welcome you back to Turks & Caicos on your future travels.
