”The space is adorable and well appointed. It was freezing cold out, the place has no insulation and there was no heat source. A space heater would have made a world of difference. There was also a lot of noise from construction going on above and adjacent to me and I was quite surprised when the water had been turned off for several hours in the middle of the day. The construction guys explained that I should have been notified but I was not. ”
