”Yes and yes. We had an incident w a guest next door and security and front desk handled it professional. We were moved to another room. Gigi, Hector,Susan, and forgive me I don’t remember the name of the other people at the front desk made sure we were taking care of. My wife was quite shaken. Thanks to all ”

”The Vanderbilt is truly the most magical and romantic place we have ever been. My husband and I went for a few days after our wedding to enjoy some relaxation. The service we received from the front desk was incredible. We wanted to change our rooms, and the team was extremely accommodating. Melissa the concierge was amazing as well. She coordinated a 1920s vintage car tour for us and a cocktail making class at the bar. She also helped us set up reservations for dinner!
