"Kerrassaan upea resortti, jossa palvelu pelasi ja kaikki toimi. Hotelli oli kauniisti sisustettu, huoneet tilavia ja ruoka hyvää. Ajoittain oli ruuhkaa buffaravintolassa, mutta ei liiallisesti. Juniorsviitti sivurakennuksessa oli oikein sopiva meidän perheelle sekä sijainnin ja kulun puolesta erinomainen. Ainoa miinus oli, että rannalla tuoleja oli suhteellisen vähän ja ne varattiin hyvin aikaisin, mutta niissä ei näkynyt ketään tunteihin. "

"Meillä oli huone, josta pääsi suoraan altaalle. Huoneessa oli kaksi erillistä makuutilaa seinäkkeellä erotettuna. Huone oli siisti ja hyvin siivottu. Altaan syvyys 145cm oli juuri sopiva sekä aikuisten, että lasten uimiseen. Allas on tarpeeksi iso, että siinä mahtui hyvin uimaan ja vaikka allas jaetaan naapurihuoneiden kanssa, niin tämä ei haitannut. Buffetin ruoka on monipuolista, joskin buffet-ruokaa eli ravintolasta saa parempaa ruokaa. Kokeilimme myös yhtä illallisravintoloista, minkä ruuan taso ei juuri poikennut buffetista. Yleisellä allasalueella emme oleilleet ja siellä näytti olevan paljon ihmisiä. Hotellissa on vapaa-ajan vietettä, kuten minigolf, vesipuisto, pöytätennis ja muuta."

"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet the expectations we had for a five-star hotel. While there were a few positives, the overall experience left much to be desired. Cons: -The overall standard of the hotel did not match the level of a five-star rating. -The bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed was broken springs were visibly sticking out and the cushions wouldn't stay in place. -There was a strange and unpleasant smell in the room every time we entered. -The surfaces in the room were worn and in need of renovation. -At the pool bar, it was unclear what food was available and at what time, unless dining at the buffet. We were asked to move seats after being seated, though we could have been directed correctly from the start. -Access to the beach required crossing a busy road, which was inconvenient. -No food or drink service was available at the beach. -Staff at the pool bar/restaurant did not greet guests and we had to approach them ourselves to ask for the menu. -The staff also came across as rude and irritated by our presence, which made us feel unwelcome. -During the breakfast buffet, I asked one of the servers for more milk and she visibly showed frustration and annoyance, which was both surprising and disappointing. Pros: -Two different breakfast options were available (standard buffet and an adults-only breakfast). -Slippers and bathrobes were provided in the room. -A friendly gentleman was working at the beach taking care of sunbeds, which stood out"
