The Space:

Welcome to Quinta Laguna, a boutique waterfront development with only 6 units, located inside the exclusive gated community of Puerto Aventuras.



This tropical 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo combines comfort, spacious interiors and a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature. It features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, dining area and bright spaces designed for relaxing, spending time together or remote work.



Enjoy peaceful lagoon views and a tranquil setting connected to the beach through a canal, perfect for swimming, paddling or enjoying water activities.



The nearest beach is only a 3-minute walk away, and you’ll be close to the marina, restaurants, cafés and Caribbean experiences Puerto Aventuras has to offer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the condo and all its private areas, including the 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, lagoonfront terrace and assigned parking space.



Guests may also enjoy the shared amenities of the condominium, including the waterfront infinity pool, tropical gardens and direct lagoon access, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, paddling or simply relaxing with peaceful views.



The condominium offers gated access, private parking and 24/7 security, providing privacy and peace of mind throughout your stay.



As part of the Puerto Aventuras gated community, guests will also have access to the marina, restaurants, cafés, local shops, golf course and the nearest beach, located just a 3-minute walk away.



Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send personalized check-in instructions including access details, parking information and recommendations for a smooth arrival.



Our team will be available before, during and after your stay for any assistance or local recommendations you may need.

You can also get around by car, taxi or by renting a golf cart, one of the most popular and fun ways to explore the community. Taxis are available within Puerto Aventuras, and there is quick access to the main highway for visiting Playa del Carmen, Akumal, Tulum, cenotes and Riviera Maya parks.



The condo includes an assigned private parking space for your convenience during your stay.

During your stay, you’ll enjoy complete privacy, while our team remains available 7 days a week through Airbnb for any questions, assistance or local recommendations.



We’re also happy to help with recommendations for beaches, restaurants, activities, transportation and experiences in Puerto Aventuras and the Riviera Maya.



Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $900 MXN.
