”Overall a good resort and stay. The pools were great! The biggest issue was just our shower draining into the bathroom—kind of a pain but just used extra towels to try and create a barrier. Seems like a poor design.”

”The staff was wonderful but the resort itself was poorly run. The resort is advertised as a vip resort. We didn’t receive anything for being vip platinum Expedia members. In fact the reception desk acted like they have never even heard of Expedia vip. I had to show them on my phone. The kids were only allowed to eat in one restaurant. There was a $10 charge for room service even through their website states $5. The air conditioning hardly worked. I called about it the first night and waited 2hrs...

”Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. ”

”Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!”
