Sukellusmatkat - Puerto Plata, Puerto Plata

Our stay was all over excellent: hotel location, stuff and breakfast. We got help from reception to rent a car. Everything went fluently. There are two different, but lovely beaches near by: Sosua beach has crystal clear water and services, Alicia beach is more local and without services, it is calmer. We can very easily recommend this hotel for everyone who stays in Puerto Plata or Sosua area.

We stayed in the hotel 4 nights and we were extremely happy for everything. The breakfast was good and the hotel staff very nice and helpful. We ate at the hotel also dinner and the food was good. There is a small pool and sunbeds which was also nice after a long flight. The location is a little bit off in the city area, which we liked. Walking to city area took like 15 min walk and you can also take motorbike taxis which cost about 100 pesos. The room was clean and spacious and hot water was...

The room was very clean & classy. New towels and clean pillowcases every day. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Couldn't have wish for a better stay.

Erittäin siisti hotelli aivan rannassa. Erittäin yställinen henkilökunta. Hotellin ravintola kohtuuhintainen, maukasta ruokaa.

The hotel and the room were clean and nice, and the personnel was helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the beach and many restaurants.

I liked it a lot, it just needs a little maintenance in the room where I stayed, but the staff were very friendly and attentive, especially those at the buffet and the hotel security.

The location was an amazing by the beach, very relaxing and tranquil. Breakfast area was nice and the three houses looked unique. We stayed in Spanish Villa which had a nice terrace, but the room wasn't as good/clean as in the pictures. We had mixed feelings about the service; part of the staff was friendly but overall the place is not very professionally run. There was a hassle upon check in, and the bar staff is slow and sometimes not even in there. Once we asked two beers just before 1 pm...

Older palace that has seen its better days but the location is amazing. Sea view and the sound of the ocean, no noise from the traffic, walking distance everywhere.
