Our Story: The Home of Many Hearts

Casa Puerto Vallarta is a home like no other — located in the heart of the Romantic Zone, it was created with love, passion, and the hands of many talented local artists. Each wall, each room, and every handmade detail carries a piece of someone’s soul.

This is more than a place to stay. It’s a celebration of Mexico’s artistry and the dreams that live within it. From the pillows to the paintings, the tiles to the textures, you’ll find beauty crafted from imagination and inspired by personal stories.

Every piece of original artwork tells a story of transformation, culture, and love. We invite you to read the artists' notes and feel the heart behind each creation. These aren't just decorations. They're dreams turned into reality.

Our intention wasn’t to build a vacation rental. We wanted to build an experience — one that surrounds you with inspiration and fills your heart with joy. A space that reflects the soul of Mexico and welcomes you into its embrace.

The rooftop pool and spa are closed every Wednesday until 3 PM for cleaning. It will reopen at 3:00 PM.

Avida Luxury Condo – Guest Access & Visitor Policy

As a registered guest of the Avida Luxury Condo, you’ll enjoy full access to a wide range of upscale amenities, including:

A private fitness center

Game room

Library

TV lounge

Rooftop infinity-edge heated pool

Spa & BBQ areas

To ensure the safety, privacy, and enjoyment of all residents, only registered guests are permitted to use these amenities.

If you have friends or visitors who are not staying overnight, they must be registered with the concierge desk as daily visitors. The concierge will determine which amenities (if any) your guests may access, based on building policy and occupancy at the time.

Please note:

Any visiting guests are the sole responsibility of the registered guest.

The registered guest is fully liable for any damages caused by their guests, both to the home and within the building.

Repair or damage costs may be deducted from the guest’s security deposit upon checkout.

Other things to note

Water, Safety & Local Tips – Puerto Vallarta

While Puerto Vallarta is known for having some of the safest drinking water in Mexico, we highly recommend that guests drink bottled water during their stay, simply as a precaution for comfort and peace of mind.

Many travelers experience sensitivity when adjusting to water in a new country. To ensure your safety, we provide ice cubes made from bottled water, and suggest using bottled water for drinking and brushing your teeth.

Safety in the Area

Puerto Vallarta is considered one of the safest destinations in Mexico, with a low crime rate and a strong focus on tourism. The city relies heavily on visitors, and this is evident in the care and hospitality extended throughout the community.

You’ll notice special Tourist Police patrolling central areas — they wear white safari-style uniforms with black shoulder patches and are bilingual. They’re here to provide directions, assistance, and general safety information.

Most resorts, hotels, and residential buildings (including ours) also have private security on-site.

Street & Beach Awareness

Crossing the street: Drivers can be aggressive, so always use caution. Some intersections, especially in downtown areas, are staffed by traffic police.

Beach Safety: As in any coastal destination, please exercise caution when swimming. Ocean conditions may vary, and waves can be intense.
