Parvi on noin 280 neliömetriä, joka sijaitsee rakennuksen 9. kerroksessa. Pidämme sen siistinä ja modernina. Suuret ikkunat, auringonvalo ja uskomattomat näkymät ovat tärkein ominaisuus! Saatavilla on myös suuri terassi. - Makuuhuoneessa on king size-vuode, kauniisti suunniteltu kylpyamme riittävän suuri kahdelle ja iso vaatekaappi roikkuu ja rauta, jos tarvitset. - Twin makuuhuoneessa on kaksi täysikokoista sänkyä kaapissa ja muutama ylimääräinen peitot. * Molemmat huoneet ovat upealla lasisuihkulla. - Studio on sohva muunnettu / flex Queen Bed. - Keittiö / olohuone on avoin konseptitila, joka on täysin varustettu kaikella mitä tarvitset ehkä kotona, mukaan lukien astianpesukone, kahvinkeitin, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, ruokailuvälineet ja tarjoamme ilmaiseksi (keittiööljy, suola, pippuri, kahvi, sokeri ja alumiinifolio, kahvisuodattimet ja vedenkeitin) - Huoltotiloissa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.
Monimutkainen: 24h vartiointi ja valvonta. - uima-allas puutarhassa rakennuksessa - GYM - baari, jossa palvelu on High Season-Parkkipaikka katettu.

Will not return

I have enjoyed 5 properties in Puerto Vallarta in 2022, this is not one of them. Check in amounted to the "host" not meeting us as promised. A person from the management company showed up 24 hours after check in with a credit card machine to collect more money. Bathtub is plastic, shower water temperature can't be controlled. The view is great, but not worth money nor the poor property management.

Not up to VRBO’s standards

First, check-in was very strange, was asked to pay for the stay by the security guard claiming it hadn’t been payed for already on VRBO. I declined the request for additional payment. Our first morning there, after asking someone to turn on the pool heater I was greeted by another person who had a credit card reader with them and demanded I make a payment of a sum greater than the price on my receipt stating they never took a payment from VRBO (despite this being the opposite of VRBO’s payment system) and demanded I pay them. This is just the beginning of a very strange stay in a decently expensive property which made what would have been an ideal place to relax a customer service nightmare. My credit card was blocked because my bank suspected fraudulent activity based on their attempts to swipe my card. There were so many issues like this that I needed to consult for hours with VRBO after the trip to get refund for the mess they created.

Avalon is chill

This is our 2nd time at this property. The grounds are gorgeous and meticulously manicured . Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Property is very guide and peaceful. Condo is very nice, but the view and veranda are what this place is all about !!

This is a very modern and well maintained, spacious apartment with an amazing view! The daily cleaning was efficient and non intrusive. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property for a relaxing stay.

We rented this unit because it was two floors below a large penthouse unit we had rented for all of our kids and we needed a little extra space for us. The property is beautifully furnished, very comfortable bed and really lovely dipping infinity pool about 4' deep with an incredible view of the entire bay. We didn't end up spending much time other than nights and afternoon nap time in the condo, but if we came again, we would gladly rent this unit. One caution, the property allows you only 25 KW hours electricity a day and then asks you to pay for electricity. Expect to pay. We were hardly in the unit and didn't use the AC except for at night in one bedroom and exceeded the min allotment. I've never run into this limit anywhere else and find it baffling. Otherwise, the property is exceptional.

Amazingly beautiful space and views

The condo was perched at the highest point in the area with the best view. Surprisingly we could hear the waves crashing and nothing else. It was so calming. Lila and Civeth went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Excellent option in Puerto Vallarta

The apartment and the property are in excellent conditions, best view in Pto Vallarta, excellent location and excellent management service with immediate response. I highly recommend it.

Quiet Luxury

My Husband and I just returned from a long weekends stay in PV. I must say we are regulars and have stayed at several different properties. This one being our first at Avalon. The grounds are immaculate and building common areas very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating to any questions you may have. If you're looking for a very quiet get away with luxury amenities and a killer view, this is the building and condo for you. With that said, if your looking for a more upbeat, let loose atmosphere, this is probably not for you. Most residents we came across live there and are not to fond of vacationing visitors. There's no music at the pools, no wait staff even though there is a bar, etc. For us, it was a perfect more romantic weekend. Not a place to bring friends and party as I feel you would have complaints. The unit itself is superb with luxury amenities, fantastic one of a kind views, and very friendly owners and staff. For a quiet getaway, we will be back. For a party weekend, we will likely pick another location that lends itself to that type of environment. The location is very high on the hill, so it's best to use Uber to get around the city. Usually about a 2 to 3 dollar ride and we waiting no more than 5 minutes. Overall I rate this stay 5 stars!

Gorgeous Property with Stunning Views

This property was near perfect. The building is modern and secure. The grounds are well kept. This unit has everything. Very large living - dining area. Huge master bed and bath. Decent 2nd bedroom and nice 2nd bath. Both baths have great walk-in showers. Nicely appointed kitchen. All of the interior has a clean, modern design. The balcony is very large for a condo and there really is no better view of the City and the Bay in all of PV. The staff was prompt and efficient. Check in and out was hassle-free. The building is high on the hill in Amapas, so eithet be prepared for an invigorating walk, or it's just $2 Uber to and from Zona Romantica. Very close to all that we like to do. I've been to PV many times, and this unit is my favorite. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful Condo in Avalon!

This condo exceeded my expectations. The view from the balcony and master's bedroom plunge pool was breathtaking. This is dubbed the highest point in Puerto Vallarta and from our perch on the balcony, I can see why. Maria did a great job in keeping the place clean every day. Most places I've rented in the past did not include daily cleaning but Lila's condo offered daily cleaning (except Sundays) for a reasonable fee. Lila was prompt with her communication and when we needed to stay an extra night, she was prompt in responding to our inquiries. This condo is near Basilio Badillo where all the good restaurants are, so our family just walked almost every day to get to our favorite restaurants. It was a great way to keep fit and if you prefer to take a cab, it's only a $5 - $6 USD cab ride back to the condo. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean place to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay at Lila’s condo at the Avalon in Puerto Vallarta. I should start by stating that we are owners of vacation rental properties ourselves, and believe that we have pretty high standards for vacation rentals. This place exceeded our expectations. Once we arrived, we didn’t want to leave. The view from the condo is absolutely breathtaking. You can see the entire town and the bay. The central living, dining and kitchen area opens out to the balcony with folding floor-to-ceiling glass doors, so we had them open almost the entire time, so it seemed like you were staying in an enormous outdoor lanai. The master bedroom has a huge bathroom and the bedroom opens out to the personal infinity-edge pool that we kept nice and warm, and enjoyed for hours each day. The condo sits just below the penthouse which extends out farther than the other balconies below, so our balcony was extremely private, and is shaded all day long. If you want to sunbathe, you need to go down to one of the shared pools. The second bedroom was comfortable as well, with its own beautiful bathroom. Since the place was just re-done and recently furnished, the enormous kitchen was sparsely outfitted with supplies, etc.., however after discussing this with Lila, she said that she planned on providing more items. The internet was spotty at best, but again, Lila said that she was working on that. I’m optimistic that that shouldn’t be an issue, because folks in other units in the building weren’t having those issues. The building itself was incredible. The modern architecture is impressive, with lots of interesting water features throughout. More than once, when we mentioned where we were staying, friends who know Puerto Vallarta well said that the Avalon is considered one of the very best places to stay. The staff working at the front desk was really nice and friendly, as was the bartender at the pool bar. I used the gym, which was incredibly well outfitted and clean. There are two spectacular enormous pools on the property. One was heated with a swim-up bar, which was where most people were hanging out, but the other one (not heated) was really quiet and incredibly beautiful. I’d love to hang out there when the weather is really hot. We would definitely recommend the place, and hope to return soon.
