Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 5pm. Went our room around 6:30 pm when it was ready, and discovered no plug for jacuzzi tub. So down stairs we go, again and we tell the front desk and he says he will send a maintenance guy out didn’t know when. So we go back up to our room to unpack we discover edthat we have no hot water, so downstairs we go, again because are phone in our room doesn’t work.let front desk know didn’t seem to care and said they send the maintenance guy but didn’t know what day. So back up stairs we go again, we go sit out on our balcony with the jacuzzi tub, no hot water and we watch the beautiful sunset afterwards we go to go inside to discover ther is no door handle on the the sliding door to get back inside. After 15 to 20 min later we got in. Told them about it next morning,they found it pretty funny and said they would send the maintenance guy up but didn’t know when. And there so much construction work going on we were hardly able to use the elevator because they were using it all the time, the noise of the construction workers was terrible I wished I had known about this a head of time, I would not have gone on this trip. Also the lady from grey line was so rude to us it was unbelievable, I’ve had great experience with Expedia in the past, but this time is making me think I should go back to my travel agent. I honestly don’t think anyone should have to experience this with the money we spend. I get better treatment from the Americans. Respond
