Simple apartment just 10 minutes by car from the Puerto Vallarta boardwalk, an iconic area where you will find shops, restaurants of every kind, bars and nightlife, banks, pharmacies and more. We are just 3 minutes from the nearest beach, Las Glorias. You'll have a pool in the condominium, as well as a rooftop with a bbq grill and Wi-Fi in the apartment to keep you connected. We will be happy to welcome you!

Your apartment has:

-Spacious bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom, closet and Smart TV. - Bathroom has bath and pool towels and hygiene amenities
-Kitchenette to cook all your food, snacks and coffee
-Air conditioning throughout the apartment
-Shared rooftop with sun loungers, pool and grill with barbecue
-Covered parking spaces
-Wifi

We offer you an optional cleaning service during your stay for $450 MXN, and we handle a pet fee of $250 per night, please ask about our requirements to welcome your pet. In case you require a baby cradle, this can be requested in advance.

About your pets one day before arrival you must share:

1. Letter of good health issued by a veterinarian no older than 3 days.
2. Up to date vaccination card.
3. Proof of last NexGar pill.

Our neighbors are very important to us. The noise level must be lowered between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, parties are not allowed on the property. Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

- No se permite fumar en áreas cerradas ni pasillos del edificio. Si el personal nota olor a cigarro, quemaduras en las vestiduras, o colillas en el suelo habrá una penalización de $1,500.00 MXN para el saneamiento y la desodorización de la propiedad.
- Permitido 1 perro de raza pequeña, el costo es de $250 por noche. Política y regla aplica al perro de servicio.
- NO se permite música ni bebidas en la alberca.
- Las visitas no están permitidas por reglas del edificio.
- Horas de silencio entre 9:00pm y 10:00am.
- Te pedimos amablemente hacer uso responsable del aire acondicionado.
- Cualquier daño relacionado a la propiedad (blancos, electrodomésticos, muebles, muros, alberca, etc.) tendrá una penalización por costo de reparación.
