The apartment features one bedroom and accommodates up to three guests. The bedroom includes a double bed, air conditioning and television, along with direct access to a full bathroom equipped with linens for guest use.



The main living area integrates the living room, dining space and kitchen into one continuous environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, tableware and utensils needed for everyday meals. A breakfast bar connects the kitchen with the dining area for four, creating a comfortable space for dining or gathering.



The living room includes a sofa bed and air conditioning, allowing this area to serve as an additional sleeping space if needed. From here, you can access the balcony with street views, a small outdoor spot that brings light and airflow into the apartment.



The unit also includes a patio and service area with a washer and laundry sink, offering added convenience for guests staying several days or those who prefer the comfort of doing laundry during their trip.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as the shared building amenities, including the rooftop terrace with pool and outdoor furniture.
