Our stay at Estrella Mar Villa was absolutely amazing. The villa itself is stunning with incredible views, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff.Oscar, Paco, Arturo, Tacho, and Lola were beyond attentive—always making sure we had everything we needed, often before we even thought to ask. The food and drinks they prepared were absolutely amazing, and every meal felt like a special experience. From keeping everything running smoothly to making us feel completely at ease, they went above and beyond every single day.

Better than an all inclusive hotel

Extremely grateful to have my 40th birthday here. All the staff was absolutely wonderful. Jordan was very easy to communicate with. No need to stay at all inclusive hotel. The personalized service and the attentiveness of the staff was better than any resort you would find in Puerto Vallarta. Would 100% recommend staying here

Incredible trip! This estate and team are the best!

Villa Estrella will go down as one of the best trips ever! From the coordination and communication with Jordan from the very beginning, all the way to the incredible team on site, everything was perfect. The house was impeccable, the food was delicious. No request went unmet. Our friends truly had the best trip ever. It was so special. Paco, Jordan, and the entire team, chefs and everyone were so kind and wonderful. We felt like royalty. Thank you!

We Celebrated my Husband's 50th Birthday with our 12 Best Friends...everyone had their own rooms and their own private bathrooms too!! This house was truly magical in all aspects!! We felt like we were all living a dream being in the house and being treated like Kings and Queens by the Staff. The Staff were all super attentive and the food was out of this world delicious!! Also, Jordan the Host was extremely helpful setting up the house reservation and all the details that we needed for the BEST trip of our lives in PV!!!

There is not enough words to describe how wonderful this stay was. A group of 10 of us came to celebrate a friends milestone birthday and we were treated like royalty. The villa is even more beautiful in person if you can imagine. The beds were comfortable and there was so much variations in areas to hang out in. The staff though is what truly makes this place so special. Everyone was so very kind and attentive. You can tell they enjoy what they do and they want to ensure you love your stay. The cherry on this fabulous vacation was the food. Hats off to the chef for some incredible Vallarta style meals. We will never stop talking about that stuffed pepper. Then the key lime pie! We could go on and on. If you’re seeing this villa and review, stop what you’re doing and book it now. You will be thankful you did. That you again to the staff. We will always remember your kindness.

An Awesome Experience!

I celebrated my 60th Birthday here with my partner and 14 other friends. The entire experience was awesome and began with a welcome margarita when we arrived at the front door. The house and grounds are spectacular; they’re well maintained and very clean. We spent most of our time at the pool and Paco, the house mgr, and his team couldn’t have been more attentive, friendly and personable. The meals were delicious and consideration was given to those with food allergies. This team has it all nailed down to ensure an overall excellent experience. Disappointments? I had none, nor did my guests. I highly recommend Villa Estrella Mar.

Fantastic staff and a beautiful property.

We spent four days at Villa Estrella Mar for our wedding with our children, grandchildren and siblings attending. This property is an amazing and beautiful place but the most outstanding thing about staying here is the staff and how well they take care of everyone. Paco, G, Humberto, chef Lupe and the rest of the staff are amazing. The meals they created were fabulous. They are very flexible and go out of their way to do whatever is needed to keep all the guests happy. Also, prior to our stay there, Jorden the property manager was very responsive and very helpful in helping us make all sorts of arrangements for our wedding as well as renting baby gear for the grandchildren etc. During our stay the waves crashing on the rocks were loud for sleeping but the staff is aware of that and there are disposable ear plugs in the bedside stands. The place is spotlessly clean with cleaning staff taking care of every room daily. I would highly recommend Villa Estrella Mar to anyone or any group considering a visit to Puerto Vallarta.

Summer vacation

This house is incredible. It has all the modern amenities that us gringos like, like WIFI, ceiling fans every where, iPads to control Spotify music in the whole house, individual super efficient AC units in each bedroom, yet at the same time it is built and decorated with that old Mexican Hacienda feel to it. However what really makes this place, is the staff. All of them are very friendly, attentive and very polite and engaging. There is a lot of staff around but you barely see them. When you get up, coffee is ready and they are making breakfast. While you eat, they go and clean the rooms and make the beds. When you are eating dinner in town or downstairs, they go up and clean rooms again and close all the shutters and turn A/C on for you to sleep comfortable. It is very humid in summer in Vallarta. They will make you any drink you like. They will go shop for groceries for you, always with a smile. They will call you cabs and make reservations for you, or get you an airport shuttle. Anything you need.

beyond our expectations. complete in location, staff, service overall, food, and the attitude.we can

magnificent. the accommodations to us were much, much more than the videos we saw and the photos sent to us. Each room, entry hall, outdoors halls and sitting areas had beautiful plantings and works of art. The house is listed as 22,000 square feet, but because the outside is so much a part of the inside the square footage feels huge, giant, immense. A Mexican Mansion on the pacific. You can't judge this property based on anything less than seeing for yourself. However, without the staff and their attitude to make your stay absolutely the best the villa would be just another large house. Paco, Oscar, Lola, and all the rest of the staff could not have performed any better than a 5 star hotel, restaurant, resort, but it was a home and that is the difference. Within hours we were part of their family and they part of ours. Aside from losing a day in the beginning of our stay do to Frontier not alerting us our flight was cancelled our family started arriving a day later. Once, however, when we did arrived it was one of the most outstanding trips with the family we have ever had.

Just book this home. It’s incredible.

This home is by far one of the most amazing we have stayed at. It is perfect for large groups of couples or families with incredible rooms with en suite baths. The entertaining spaces are perfect, and the views are fantastic.

loved the property ,wonderful staff we learned late in the stay to have dinners served family style, trying to plate 20 dinners meant sometimes food was not warm

Exquisite!

Villa Estrella Mar is incredible. I booked this place with some friends due to its numerous rooms and prime location near the Puerto Vallarta main strip. We originally thought that we would be going into town every day or at least hitting the main beach for some drinks and sun, but this was not the case. The Villa could not be in a better location (5 minute walk from the malecón/nightlife, 10 minute walk from the main market, but far enough removed so that you do not hear any of the PV chaos late into the night) but, the Villa was so serene we ended up enjoying our time by the pool or on one of the many balconies that overlook the bay. The staff is friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The food is delicious. The property itself is pristinely manicured with purposeful landscaping and interesting art. My wife and I lucked into the Master Suite. It is impossible not to be full on vacation mode when you wake up to the tinted pink horizon, the sound of waves crashing on the beach, the ocean breeze blowing in from the expansive balcony. I am telling you, the openness of the suite fulfilled my wildest imagination of what a Mexican villa would be. This place is one of a kind. I will be back. Pull the trigger, you won't regret it.

Incredible views, facilities, and gracious staff!

The house is incredible with scenic views sprawling over 4 or 5 floors. The staff is sensational; they pay close attention to every detail and go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and happiness. The city is just a few minutes walk, but far enough to be removed from any noise or business. This is an excellent place to escape, feel pampered, and appreciate the natural beauty and culture Mexico has to offer.

Incredible!

If you are reading this review, go for it and treat yourself with this villa! We went as a large group and everything about the house and staff was utter perfection -- from the layout of the house, to the views, to the meals and the delicious cocktails! Everything was an incredible experience and definitely one I hope to repeat. Also, the activities suggested by Jordan were so helpful and I especially loved the massages that she had scheduled where someone came to the villa!

The property is absolutely fantastic!

This is a simply amazing property! It is ideally located a short walk from the old town and steps from the sea. The views are wonderful. The property has the best staffing we've ever encountered and were professional and caring. The property is immaculate inside and out. We mostly ate in because the food was so good!

A Property That All Your Guests Will Remember!

We loved Villa Estrella Mar! The floorpan cannot be beat. The location is perfect, just close enough to the action yet private at the same time. Only things to keep in mind are additional costs while on property and arranging staff as you need. We would definitely stay again and know several of our guests hope to return some day.

Outstanding Stay! Exceeded Expectations in so man

We had a group of 15 stay at Villa Estrella Mar for my husband's 60th birthday. From the first time I contacted Jordan until the moment we left, everything was superb. I am a planner and had many questions for Jordan before our arrival. I wanted everything to be perfect for my husband's birthday. Jordan was informative, patient and very generous with her time. When we arrived at the Villa, all I can say is WOW! The house is absolutely stunning. The main floor with the living room and kitchen is spacious with several different seating areas and a cool breeze blowing through the house. The bedrooms were also gorgeous. The Master suite and Jr. Master Suite are regal and grand. And the four other suites were also beautiful - very grand and spacious in their own right. We stayed in the Master and I can say that I would have been very happy in any of the other 5 rooms. The only one with a different feel is the twin room - quite a bit smaller though still with a balcony overlooking the pool. This would be perfect for kids, or fine for a single person. The staff really made the stay special. Paco was so helpful, patient and kind. Gibran was wonderful as well and Lupe's meals were delicious. We ate at the Villa every night and morning which is so much nicer for a large group than venturing into a restaurant. The breakfasts were my favorite, especially the french toast. And every meal we had was so delicious. There were many other staff members around as well who were so gracious - Arturo and others who were quietly cleaning the rooms and doing maintenance of the property, in a very non-obtrusive way. There were even some men taking down some coconuts on a nearby tree for maintenance, and when they were done, the brought the Coconuts to us with a straw to drink the Coconut water. Another nice touch, just to give you a feel for it, was every night during dinner, they would quietly go into each room, close all the blinds, and turn on the AC, so when you went to your room at night it was cool and ready for a good night's rest. The pool was heated the the perfect temperature so we could languish in it for hours. We even went swimming at night after dinner. The more adventurous ones in the group walked down to the beach a few steps below and went for long swims over to the pier during the day. Many in our group were already talking about returning next year. This is an outstanding place for a family reunion or other group gathering.

Absolutely breathtaking villa and awesome staff!

First off, Jordan was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions about the property before booking. Jordan also helped coordinate transportation and food, prior to our arrival. This coordination took all the planning out of our trip, which made a stress free vacation. I read several reviews about the villa, before I booked. A number of guests complimented Paco and his staff. After our stay, I can confirm all of the positive comments were legitimate. They truly went above and beyond to meet our needs. Whether that meant delaying breakfast, running to the store for more drinks, or making dinner reservations, they did it all. Plus, the food was better at the villa than in town! Lastly the location just can't be beat. The views were incredible, the pool was perfect, the beach was great, and downtown was just a 5min drive. All of my guests were absolutely blown away by everything the property had to offer. This was like any other vacation I have ever booked. It convenience, luxury, and relaxation in one package. I will definitely be making another trip back. Trip of a life time!

Best vacation ever!

On my second trip to Puerto Vallarta, I had the privilege to stay at Villa Estrella Mar. WOW! Immediately after walking through the front door, I knew I was in paradise. No matter where I was in the Villa, I was blown away by a gorgeous view of the ocean. Can we talk about the food? Delicious! As someone with dietary restrictions, the staff was so wonderful with accommodating my needs. I still dream of how good the french toast was at breakfast! Jordan was fantastic! Before the trip, she suggested fun excursions for our group of 15 people to do. My favorite was a snorkeling trip and hiking to a waterfall. Lastly, the Villa was a perfect distance to town. Just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Which was great when I was ready for a cool down after walking around town and wanted to jump in the pool! Can’t wait to book next years friends getaway!

My favorite place to stay in Puerto Vallarta!

We stayed at Villa Estrella Mar with a group of friends and it was such an fantastic experience and vacation for everyone! The location is perfect and feels secluded even though you're just a short walk from Old Town via the beach or cobble stone street. The Villa staff is wonderful and the meals, OH the meals!!! I'm still day dreaming about all of the delicious food we ate and drinks we enjoyed by the private pool. The rooms are VERY spacious and the beds are comfortable. I've been to Puerto Vallarta many times and this is by far my favorite place to stay! Jordan was a dream to work with on booking this property. She is very organized and responsive. I'll definitely be doing more business with her.

What an amazing experience!!

I highly recommend this villa to all! From the moment I became in contact with Jordan she was the most organized and helpful person when booking the house. She helped answer all my questions so when I arrived I knew what to expect. The house itself doesn’t need much explanation as you can see from the pictures of how beautiful it is. What made the trip was the staff. The meals they cooked were delicious and they helped us out with everything from cabs to buying more beverages for the group. Can’t say enough about how good my experience was and would recommend to anyone looking to go to puerto Vallarta.
