The Space:
Villa Martha Garza Blanca was designed to exploit its exceptional location and great care was taken to ensure all living areas as well as each suite featured breathtaking ocean views.

The property consists of 4 large suites, each featuring an ocean view, air-conditioning, king size bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony or terrace. There is also a bunk room with two custom queen sized three-story bunk beds.

On the first level is a parking area, grand entryway, living room, dining room, large kitchen, half bath, laundry, bunk room and a large bedroom suite with en-suite bath and terrace. The outdoor patio and heated pool.

On the second level we have a den an three master bedroom suites each with an en-suite bath and private balconies with amazing panoramic views of Banderas Bay and the surrounding lush green mountains.

The property comes fully equipped and furnished including high speed Internet, linens, towels, pillows, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of space for up to 30 guests. This ideal location is an easy 5 minutes to one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta and less than a 15 minute drive to the charm and excitement of old town Puerto Vallarta and the Zona Romantica.

Close to the city but totally private and quiet, nestled in lush tropical gardens on Vallarta's exclusive south side across the street from famous Garza Blanca beach and Garza Blanca hotel and restaurant.

Villa Martha Garza Blanca has extensive indoor and outdoor living areas with beautiful breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, ocean, and jungle. And unlike our competition, Villa Martha includes all the essentials. No need to worry about bringing your own towels, linens, pillows, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, BBQ pit or cooking essentials. We have it all!

Guest Access:
You have the entire Villa to yourself and access to the exquisite semi private Garza Blanca Beach located only 3 minutes away by car and 10 minutes walking along the path that connects our neighborhood and the beach.

We do not have access to Garza Blanca Resort pools or beach equipment. Although, it restaurants and shopping center Tierra Luna are open to the public, just hop on their trolly and ride it up to Tierra Luna.

Nestled within a stunning, exclusive gated community, Villa Martha offers unrivaled magnificence with panoramic views of the Pacific and the lush Sierra Madre Mountains. While you'll relish a sense of seclusion, a quick drive will effortlessly transport you to the vibrant nightlife and excitement that Puerto Vallarta has in abundance.

Getting Around:
Enhance your travel convenience with our concierge service, providing exclusive deals on seamless airport transportation, be it pick-up, drop-off, or anything in between. While renting a car is an option, be cautious of potential extra insurance requirements disclosed upon arrival, not included in the initially quoted price. Opt for air-conditioned and reliable buses, with a stop just 350 meters from our property, or explore the area effortlessly with Uber and taxis, favored choices among our guests.

Situated only a 4-mile drive to the romantic zone and approximately 6 miles to downtown, including the vibrant Malecón/boardwalk area, our location offers accessibility without compromising tranquility. The picturesque Garza Blanca Beach is a mere 500 meters away, and within walking distance, discover Playa Palmares with its oceanfront restaurant and bar, as well as the enchanting Palo Maria Waterfall. Your exploration of Puerto Vallarta begins right at our doorstep.

Villa Martha Garza Blanca comes with a Concierge and Maintenance man. Housekeeping, linen and laundry service is available for an added fee.

House Rules:

1. **Respect Our Neighbors**: Quiet hours are from 1 am to 8 am. Please keep noise levels low during these times to ensure the comfort of our neighbors.

2. **No Pets Allowed**: Pets are not permitted on the property. An additional $250 USD cleaning fee will be applied if pets are observed during your stay.

3. **Minors Policy**: Minors are not allowed on the property unless accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian. They should not be left unsupervised on the premises at any time.

4. **No Smoking Indoors**: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property or near open doors or windows. A $250 USD fee will be charged if the property has been smoked in or smells like smoke. Smoking is allowed outside, but please ensure it is away from open windows or doors. A $5 USD charge will be incurred for each cigarette butt found on the floor or in the pool.

5. **Trash Disposal**: Please dispose of all trash in the designated trash cans. No glass is allowed in or near the pool area.

6. **Visitor Policy**: Visitors or guests not included in the reservation will incur an additional fee of $15 USD per person per day. Babies under 24 months are exempt from this fee. Children over 24 months are charged the same as adults.

7. **Pool Rules**: Please refrain from running, jumping, or diving in or near the pool area. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times when in or near the pool. Glass items are not allowed in or near the pool area.

8. **Pool Heating Options**:
- From December 1st to March 30th, the pool is heated to 78°F at no extra charge. Guests can pay $50 USD per day to raise it to 90°F during this time.
- From April 1st to November 30th, guests can pay $50 USD per day to heat the pool to 78°F or $100 USD per day to heat it to 90°F.

9. **Parties and Events**: Host your wedding or event with up to 100 guests at Villa Martha. All events with more than 30 guests must be approved, and an additional event fee of $500 USD will apply.

10. **Drugs and Illegal Activity**: All drugs and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, as is public intoxication and disturbances. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund and loss of deposits.

By booking our property, you agree to adhere to these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, termination of your stay without refund, and possible eviction by local law enforcement for trespassing. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
