”The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. The view is amazing from the deck area. It’s in the busy area of Fira but you have a ton of privacy which is rare for that area. Once you get to your room, you can’t hear any of the crowd noise.

The character of this hotel met and even exceeded my expectations. The staff were very accommodating when our ferry was cancelled due to weather conditions (not to say they could do that every time I’m sure depending on reservations but they acted quickly and communicated every step of the way). Breakfast was fantastic and again - loved the look of the hotel. ”

The private tub is a must and made the experience even more magical. The location is central and perfect for exploring the island, yet still feels private and peaceful. The staff were the sweetest—so thoughtful and attentive. They even made us sandwiches to take on our hike, and it was such a relief to be able to have our laundry done easily...
