”We cannot say enough great things about this property. The staff is without doubt the best we have ever experienced. Everyone was kind, attentive, engaged.. the list goes on and on. ”The rooms were clean and beautiful, the design was very Zen and comfortable, everything we needed was there and the staff were ready to help at a moments notice, the food was incredible, with so many options, and service so fast, the beach and sand was awesome although we were there in the seaweed season, the heated plunge pool in our balcony was wonderful, and the location was perfect”

”I stayed in this hotel for 7 days.
The room and setting were good and the customer service was excellent, they always answered my questions and helped me when I needed it, room service always answered right away and the food was in my room in minutes. They assisted with every question about recommendations and hotel amenities.

”It’s a spectacular family friendly hotel in the heart of Tulum. Tulum doesn’t have big all inclusive resorts so the little extras at La Zebra make it special.
