”For a 4-star hotel, many things were not as they should be: the food (both breakfast and dinner) in particular. While the pool was great as was the beach (although too crowded), the spa did not live up to expectations: the use of the pools was not included in treatment prices and the pools were not “different temperatures”, as said in the website. One should also note that the conditions (cancellation policy during covid and the 10 o’clock checkout time) were very inflexible. ”

”The hotel was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and kept in prestige conditions. In relation to the food served, it was excellent, fresh and a joy to consume. Saying this, it would have been nice to have been able to order single dishes in the evening as what is provided is a four course meal which is sometimes just too much. A local free bus to San Teodoro 4 times a day is provided however there is literally no taxi service unless you are willing to pay 55EUR for 4km...

”Unfortunately was not what was expected for the money. There was black mould in the air conditioner unit and when we arrived the room was 32 degrees.”

”No complaints at all on this hotel. The food was really good at breakfast and at dinner. And the staff especially was really nice and polite :). Easy to get to the centrum by bus. Shopping centre, Lidl and good restaurants in walking distance.”

”The listing shows beach access, but it's not... you have to walk 500 meters. We went out at night and the gate was closed. Miraculously, another guest explained how to open it. In the morning, I was woken up because my car was blocking another guest's exit, and it wasn't even my car.”

”A beautiful, spacious, and very well-maintained hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are large, comfortable, and spotless. The breakfast was excellent, and both the beach and pool areas were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The only area that could use some improvement is the gym, but overall we had a fantastic stay and would happily return.”

”De locatie was helemaal top, praktisch in het centrum, maar wel in een straat waar verder geen restaurants waren. Dit betekende dat je binnen een paar honderd meter bij allemaal leuke restaurantjes en barretjes was, maar ‘s avonds/‘‘s nachts geen last had van herrie. Inchecken ging heel soepel online, vervolgens kregen we per whatsapp bericht de code voor de voordeur en een aparte code voor onze kamer. De kamer zelf was heel netjes en had alles wat je nodig kan hebben. Douche was heel fijn...

”When we arrived we were told that our reservation had not been received even though we had a booking confirmation from Hotels.com. The staff made us wait for a manager for an hour before letting us know if we could stay at the hotel. The manager didn't speak English but other staff translated the conversation. We were told that the hotel is full and the they could only accommodate us for the second night of our stay. The booked us a room of a hotel nearby and drove us there and back the next...
