”For a 4-star hotel, many things were not as they should be: the food (both breakfast and dinner) in particular. While the pool was great as was the beach (although too crowded), the spa did not live up to expectations: the use of the pools was not included in treatment prices and the pools were not “different temperatures”, as said in the website. One should also note that the conditions (cancellation policy during covid and the 10 o’clock checkout time) were very inflexible. ”

”Staff was professional and some of them could speak fluent english. Their appearance and behavior was at 4 star level, but the hotel itself was not. I stayed at self catered room which was spacious but at highest maybe 2 stars. Room was dark and not decorated at all. Just a lackluster black leather sofa and second-hand lookalike wooden kitchen table in the living room-kitchen -area. ”It was sad that the weather was cold, rainy and windy so we coudn't enjoy the Hotel and the beach very well.
Bungalow was nice but it was very cold even we warmer it.
We ate at Restaurant, it was so cold we were freezing. I asked for promised discount -10% -and showed my hotel voucher were it said- but they said they know nothing about it!? That the Restaurant is completely separate than the Hotel.....
Breakfast was very good but it was still really freezing. Everyone had to keep jackets on....
