”We had a great stay at Riu Las Americas. The grounds and our room were extremely clean. The room is a little dated, but everything was comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Great location with nice pools and crystal blue beaches, fairly close to the airport. Check in was a breeze, and all interactions with the staff were great. ”Stayed for 12 days. Check in process was seamless. Shout out to Felix. The buffet was very similar every day, The theme nights at the buffet were good. Buffet servers were great. Shout out to Jess! Pool side service was great. Shout out Charlie and Francisco! Rooms are spacious, bed was hard. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days and there’s no towel art. Main pool only has one ladder to enter or exit the pool. ”
