”You cannot beat the location, the hotel is literally steps away from San Marco square. My only problem was to find the place, there is no "hotel" sign, the sign actually says "312 Exclusive rooms" and is not on the square, but on a little side street. There is no lobby per se and you have to ring the bell to be buzzed in. Afterwards, your room card also lets you in the front door. I personally loved the quietness and privacy of the place. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room immaculate....
”Don't let the exterior fool you. The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. They are small, but it is Venice. Walking distance to most attractions, and the STAFF is absolutely AMAZING! The location was quiet at night, and beds and bedding was great. Thank you Vito, and team for making our Venice trip so memorable. One thing to note...no elevator, but staff moved our luggage for us. ”

”A very classy hotel. Comfortable and silent rooms, overall quiet despite the central location and the bars (lobby and rooftop after 6 pm. subject to weather) elegant though expensive. Private boat from the hotel dock seems like the coolest (and most expensive) way to move in Venice. Were planning on taking a boat to the ferry terminal (headed to Porec on a catamaran after Venice), but could not do so due to low tide. Overall we hoghly recommend Splendid Venice! ”

"Emme ole koskaan yöpyneet hotellihuoneessa, missä kylppäri jaettiin kahden muun huoneen kesken. Mutta tämähän ratkaisu toimi loistavasti.
